Had the akiko roll and 4 pieces of Japanese uni for a quick lunch. Previously had spicy tuna roll but wasn't starving.
Went here spur of the moment, and pleasantly surprised! Portions were pretty book and overall tasted pretty good! Fun to go to once, but compared to some other sushi restraints a little further down Bellaire missed the mark. Fun to try new rolls here though! Price range was decent for what you get as well.
The quality of the food is surprisingly good and fresh for such a tiny place! If I want sushi close to home, this is where I go.
This place is exceptional! Everything, from the menu layout, the serving dishes, the waitress, and the cleanliness (including the restroom), was spot on! We were traveling from Seattle and absolutely loved it! Their sushi rolls were delicious! We also appreciate the interior design and ambient music. 5 stars!

Amazing dishing and such helpful servers. The volcano roll is enormous and they light the mayonnaise on fire at your table on this roll. The crazy salmon roll spectacular the fish is super fresh the cream cheese definitely adds a nice touch to this item on the menu. The monkey brain outstanding! The spicy salmon on one side the avocado on the other side rolled up and fried with excellent sauces I believe in eel sauce and some other kind of sauce all over the top superb! And it's humongous just like all of the other roles definitely enough to share. The salmon dinner comes with sauteed vegetables and rice and soup and salad. After the rolls I couldn't even eat this part of the meal but the salmon was cooked nicely the vegetables were crispy and excellent the soup was a bit watered down as well as the dressing on the salad. The yellowtail sushi was exquisite there wasabi is not on the hot side so definitely get extra if you want to spice things up a little bit. Overall this place is an adorable small sushi spot tucked in the corner of the big shopping center you will enjoy if you have to wait a while to be seated the food is very much worth it enjoy
